1. Acceptance
By accessing itemhype.com, placing an order, or using an ITEMHYPE service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. User accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity performed through your account. You may not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, or unauthorized access.
3. Digital products and services
Product descriptions, prices, available quantities, and expected delivery details are shown before payment. Digital products may also be subject to the terms of their original platform or provider. Please check compatibility and product details before ordering.
4. Payments and verification
Orders must be paid in full using an available payment method. We may verify payment slips and transaction information with payment and fraud-prevention providers. Fulfilment begins after payment is successfully confirmed.
5. Refunds and product issues
Because products are digital, cancellation or refund after delivery may not always be possible. We will review requests where a product was not delivered, materially differs from its description, or was unusable when received. Keep relevant evidence and contact support promptly.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not attack or disrupt the service, bypass controls, submit forged payment evidence, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive activity, access another user's data, or infringe the rights of others.
7. Suspension
We may temporarily hold an order or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security risks, violations of these Terms, legal obligations, or system maintenance.
8. Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to a transaction is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
